A quote is wrong. Every quote is checked word for word against the transcript and links to the source video at the exact second. If a quote is still wrong — mis-transcribed, cut so that it changes the meaning, attributed to the wrong person — write to us with the URL. We check the transcript and fix or remove the entry within 48 hours, and the fix is listed below.
A verdict is wrong. Verdicts come from exchange candles against the level and date in the quote. If the level, the date or the asset was read wrongly, the call is re-judged or withdrawn from the record.
Your avatar or channel image. Removed on request, no questions asked; the page keeps the channel name and initials.
Your name and channel. The record covers public channels that publish market calls to the public; we do not remove a channel because its record is unflattering. We do remove it when the channel is deleted or made private, when the person is not a public commentator, or when the law requires it. If you think we have listed you by mistake, tell us.
Right of reply. Every channel page has a form for a reply from the channel owner; verified replies are shown next to the verdicts they refer to. See how the scoreboard is built.
