Privacy policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026. Applies to oraclecheck.com, forum.oraclecheck.com, the Oracle Check Telegram channel and the bot @Oraclecheckmybot, including Oracle Check Pro.

Who we are. Oracle Check (oraclecheck.com). Contact: hello@oraclecheck.com.

The site. oraclecheck.com serves static pages: no accounts, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels. Two kinds of files load from Google servers, so your browser sends Google your IP address when it fetches them: the fonts (Google Fonts) and the channel avatars (YouTube's image servers).

Analytics. We count page views on the site and the forum with a self-hosted GoatCounter (stats.oraclecheck.com). It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and keeps no identifier that could follow you across sites or sessions.

Server logs. Our web servers record the usual request data — IP address, time, page requested, user agent — for security and troubleshooting. Logs are deleted after 14 days and are not used to build profiles or shared with anyone.

The email digest. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the page you subscribed from, the time and IP address of the sign-up and the time you confirmed it. An address that is never confirmed gets one reminder a day after the sign-up and is deleted after 7 days. Every email has an unsubscribe link; after you unsubscribe we keep the address marked as unsubscribed, so it is not added again by mistake, and delete it completely if you ask.

The bot. /follow stores your Telegram chat id with what you follow, so the bot can send you verdicts; /unfollow removes it. The bot logs the commands it receives — chat id, Telegram username and the command — for troubleshooting.

Oracle Check Pro. For Pro we store your Telegram chat id, your plan and its dates, whether you used the free trial, your alert settings and which alerts were sent to you. For each invoice made on the website we store its plan, amount and times, the activation token and, once paid, the transaction ID (tx hash) on the TRON network and the chat that activated it. The IP address that asks for an invoice is kept for one day, to stop abuse. We find payments by reading public TRON data through TronGrid and send TronGrid nothing about you. A TRON transaction is public, so a tx hash next to your chat id links your Telegram account to the wallet you paid from; we use it only to run your subscription and to answer support requests. For a transfer that matches no invoice we also keep the sending address, to find out whose payment it is.

Telegram channel. When you join our channel through one of our invite links, Telegram tells us your numeric user ID and we record it together with the name of the link, so we know which platform brought you.

The forum. Registering on forum.oraclecheck.com stores your username, email address and, if you register with a password, a hash of it. If you sign in with Google, Discord, GitHub or X, we ask only for your email address and basic profile (name, avatar) and store your email, the account identifier the provider gives us, and the avatar you choose to use. We never post anywhere on your behalf and never see your password at that provider. What you write on the forum is public. The forum sends email only to confirm your address and for notifications you can switch off in your settings.

What we publish. Public statements made by public figures on public channels: the quote, its timestamp, the market price at that moment, and the outcome. If you are one of them and a record is wrong, write to us and we will correct or remove it.

Links to exchanges. Some links to crypto exchanges are affiliate links: if you open an account through them we may receive a commission. This never affects how a call is scored — scoring is mechanical, from exchange candles.

Video platforms. Our clips are published on YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. Once there, those platforms apply their own privacy policies to viewers.

Sharing. We do not sell or share personal data with anyone, except the hosting and email providers that run the service for us. Telegram delivers the bot's messages under its own privacy policy.

Your data. To get a copy of your data or have it deleted, write to hello@oraclecheck.com. For Pro, include your chat id: the bot shows it in /paysupport.
